What is the C20 Exam?
The C20 Exam is an annual mandatory health screening for New Jersey State Troopers to ensure they meet the health requirements necessary for duty. The exam includes:
✅ Audiogram Test – Hearing assessment to detect any hearing loss or impairments.
✅ Eye Test – Vision screening to evaluate clarity, depth perception, and overall eye health.
✅ Complete Blood Workup – Checks for cholesterol, diabetes, kidney/liver function, and other health markers.
✅ Electrocardiogram (EKG) – Evaluates heart function and detects irregularities.
At our participating locations, we offer all required C20 tests in one seamless visit—plus additional advanced screenings covered by your insurance to give you a more in-depth assessment of your health.

Arrive at one of our New Jersey-based testing facilities, where our medical professionals will conduct the full C20 Exam + additional screenings in one efficient visit.
The standard C20 Exam takes about 30 minutes. If you opt for additional screenings, expect around 2 hours—a small investment in your long-term health!
